About
This class program is included in the FREE 1 day trial Parental Alienation against mothers is prevalent but largely unrecognized. This course provides a structured path for mothers navigating the specific relational trauma of parental alienation. It addresses the systemic impact of institutional betrayal and the weight of ambiguous and disenfranchised grief that accompanies the loss of relationship with a child. Participants will learn to identify the physical and emotional signatures of flashbacks while acquiring practical tools for nervous system regulation and grounding. The information focuses on shifting from a survival state toward personal agency, offering strategies to rebuild internal trust and establish healthy boundaries for future relationships. A gentle note: Coaching is future-focused, and you set the pace and the priorities as they relate to you (not court or your children). Some important goals to focus on and build your natural resilience are, nurturing self-care, building self-awareness, practicing self-regulation, and creating supportive strategies you can use in daily life. Coaching assumes a baseline of psychological stability and is intended to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more hopeful as you move forward. It is not a substitute for treatment of diagnosed mental health conditions.
