About
This class program is included in the FREE 1 day trial This course provides a structured path for mothers navigating the specific trauma of parental alienation. It addresses the systemic impact of institutional betrayal and the weight of ambiguous grief that accompanies the loss of relationship with a child. Participants will learn to identify the physical and emotional signatures of flashbacks while acquiring practical tools for nervous system regulation and grounding. The curriculum focuses on shifting from a survival state toward personal agency, offering strategies to rebuild internal trust and establish healthy boundaries for future relationships. A gentle note: Everything shared in this course comes from lived experience and research. Coaching is future-focused, and you set the pace and the priorities as they relate to you (not court or your children). I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity, and we’ll work together to build on your natural resilience, practice self-care, self-awareness, simple self-regulation tools, and create supportive strategies you can use in daily life. Coaching assumes a baseline of psychological stability and is intended to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more hopeful as you move forward.
